Haryana Board of School Education completes the Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) for Level 1, 2, & 3 on 23 & 24 Dec 2017. The exam was conducted in online and offline mode at various examination centres across the state. In the further step, the board will announce the result for the same. A massive number of candidates appeared in the written examination on both days. On 23 December, the examination was conducted for PGT Level (Level 3). While on 24 December, the examination was conducted in two sessions. In morning session, the exam was commenced for Level 2 (TGT) and in the evening session, the exam was commenced for Level 1 (PRT).
In HTET PRT (Level 1) Exam, at 494 examination centres 1,34,484 candidates appeared in the examination. While in HTET TGT (Level 2) Exam, 151338 candidates appeared in the examination at 542 examination centres across the state.
HTET 2017 Result Date
Usually, the education board takes 2 months to announce the HTET Result. So, the board is likely to announce the HTET Result in the first week of March 2018. The board will upload the HTET Result 2017-18 on its official website. The candidates will be able to check their HTET TGT/ HTET PGT/ HTET PRT Result by putting their registration details like roll number and date of birth/password.
HTET Certificate Validity Details
Candidates who secure minimum passing marks will get a valid HTET qualifying certificate which will be usable for next five years. Although, the candidate can take part in further HTET exam to check the efficiency and education level. The HTET Qualifying marks (cut off) for various categories is as per following:
- For SC Category: 55% (83 marks out of 150)
- For All Other Categories: 60% (90 marks out of 150)
