Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or chemistry from an accredited board, institution, or university in order to be eligible to submit a WBPSC application.

Age Criteria:

The maximum age for Senior Scientific Officer and Scientific Assistant posts is 36 and 39 years old, respectively. The upper age limit for a laboratory assistant is 40.

Salary:

• Sr Scientific Officer- The aspirants will get Rs.56100 – Rs.144300
• Scientific Assistant- The aspirants will get Rs.28900- Rs.74500
• Laboratory Assistant- The aspirants will get Rs.22700 – Rs.58500

Application Fee:

The cost of the application is Rs 210 for the SSO post and Rs 160 for the Scientific Assistant and Laboratory Assistant positions.
