Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is going to conduct AAO examination in April 2019. TNPSC AAO Hall Tickets will be released at least 10 days prior to the examination date.

The exam will get conducted in 2 sessions. Paper 1 will take place in morning session and paper 2 in the evening. Candidates will have to take part in both papers to stand eligible for further process.

Tamil Nadu AAO Exam Details

The written examination for the AAO Recruitment will take place on 27 April 2019. Candidates will take part in 2 paper examination to get selected for the further stage of the recruitment. The paper pattern for the AAO Exam is available below.

Candidates do require to get and take print of the AAO Exam Hall Ticket. It is required to produce while entering in the exam hall along with the Photo ID Proof. It is compulsory to carry a Photo Copy of ID Card otherwise you won’t be allowed to enter.

TNPSC AAO Paper Pattern

  • (i) The question paper in Paper – I and II will be set both in Tamil and English.
  • (ii) Refer para 22 of “Instructions to Applicants” in regard to instructions to be followed while appearing for competitive examinations conducted by the Commission.
  • (iii) The Syllabus for Examination is furnished in the Annexure-I of the notification and also available in the Commission‟s website www.tnpsc.gov.in.

Paper 1: Paper 1 will contain diploma level questions based on Agriculture.

Paper 2: Paper 2 will have 75 questions on General studies based on HSC Level while 25 questions of Aptitude and Mental Ability based on SSLC Level.

As we have mentioned earlier, the candidates do need to get the TNPSC AAO Hall Ticket online as board won’t send the Hall tickets by post. Furthermore, we are providing a list of valid Photo ID Cards could be used for the examination.
