Teachers Recruitment Board, Government of Tamil Nadu released a notification inviting online applications for the recruitment of 1325 Special Teachers (Physical Education, Drawing, Music, Sewing)  in School Education and other Departments. The candidates can apply for the above-mentioned posts from 27/07/2017 to 18/08/2017.  Candidates can apply only through online for the recruitment no offline application will be accepted by the board.

Tamil Nadu TRB Special Teachers Recruitment 2017 Eligibility Criteria & Exam Pattern:

The candidates who have dreamed of becoming a special teacher in the School Education board of Tamil Nadu Government. They must have below-mentioned qualification a to apply for the TN TRB Special Teachers Recruitment 2017.

Common Qualification for all Posts:

The Candidates with UG/PG Degree should have been studied in the pattern 10+2+3+2/10+3+3+2/11+2+3+2 as per the G.O.242 Higher Education (P1) Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu.
Educational Qualification For the Post of Physical Education Teacher:

1. General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.C/ Higher Secondary

2. Technical qualification

a) Pass in Pre University or in Higher Secondary Education or must have Teachers School Leaving Certificate (Secondary Grade or Senior Basic)

OR
b) Or They should have Government Teachers Certificate of Higher Grade in Physical Education
OR

c). A Bachelor degree in the Physical Education (B.P.Ed)

Educational Qualification For the Post of Drawing Teacher:

1. General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.C

2. Technical qualification
Degree in Drawing and Painting from Part III of a University in
the State or its equivalent from any recognized board or university.
OR
b. Diploma in Painting or Diploma in Drawing is the least qualification candidate should have of the Annamalai
University

Educational Qualification For the Post of Music Teacher:

1. General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.C

2. Technical qualification
i. A Degree with Music under Part III from a recognized board or university.
OR
ii.  Sangeetha Bhushana from the Annamalai University
Educational Qualification For the Post of Sewing Teacher:

1. General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.C

2. Technical qualification:

a). Candidate who have a Certificate in Needle work and Dress making (Higher Grade) and
Embroidery (Higher Grade) are also eligible to apply for the post of Sewing Teacher.
or
b). Candidate should have a Diploma in Costume designing and Dress making issued by the
Board of Technical Education and Training(BTET), Madras.
or
c). Industrial School Certificate from a recognized institution
and
Technical Teachers certificate from the government authority
