The Odisha State Selection Board in the Department of Higher Education has announced the Lecturer Recruitment. The Odisha SSB lecturer Recruitment 2018 will be conducted 833 Vacancies in Non-Government aided colleges. The posts are temporary but likely to be made permanent. educational qualification:
A candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a second class in the Bachelor’s Degree. Provided that candidate belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd class in the Bachelors’ Degree
Age Limit:
The age limit for the general category shall be 21 years and maximum age shall be 42 years of age as on 1st September 2018. Reservation will be provided according to the government norms.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only for the candidates coming under the Unreserved category and Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) only for the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and PwDs are to be collected.
Selection Method:
The selection shall be on the basis of written test, career and viva-voce test.
