ICAR AIEEA for UG, PG 2020 will be conducted by the NTA ICAR (ntaicar.nic.in). Online applications for AIEEA UG, PG will start from 1 March 2020. The students can submit online applications by 31 March 2020 at the official website of NTA ICAR.
As the government has established a common national test agency (NTA) the entrance exam for agriculture and research has also been shifted under the NTA. The agency has commenced examination successfully last year too. In 2019, the agency held an exam for AIEEA UG, PG, and JRF/SRF.
About ICAR AIEEA: AIEEA is an entrance examination to decide the eligibility for the admission in Agriculture Research and science. This entrance exam gets conducted for both Undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
About ICAR: The ICAR-AU system of India has 75 Agricultural Universities comprising 64 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural and Fisheries Universities (SAUs), 4 ICAR-DUs, viz. IARI, IVRI, NDRI and CIFE, 3 Central Agricultural Universities (CAU, Imphal, Dr RPCAU, Pusa and RLB CAU, Jhansi), 4 Central Universities (CUs) having Faculty of Agriculture (BHU, AMU, Viswa Bharati and Nagaland University). The National Agricultural Research and Education System (NARES) of India is one of the largest in the world, admitting more than 15,000 graduates, 11,000 post-graduates, and 2,500 Ph. Ds annually, in different disciplines of Agriculture and Allied Sciences.
NTA ICAR AIEEA Online application 2020
Online applications for AIEEA (UG, PG) are starting on 1st March. The official notification has already been released by the agency. Interested students who hold the required qualification can apply online for AIEEA. The official website to apply online is ntaicar.nic.in. You can check the details available below to apply online.
The AIEEA Entrance exam will be conducted on 1 June 2020 across the nation. The candidates applying for the exam must select at least two exam centres from the list.
Online Application Edit Window: The students will get a chance to edit their applications if discrepancies exist in the applications. The editing window for applications will remain open from 7 April to 14 April 2020
AIEEA Online Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General/Unreserved, Other Backward Classes (OBC)-(NCL) & UPS/ EWS have to pay INR 700 while all others need to pay 350 Rupees. Processing charges & GST are to be paid by the candidate if any applicable.
AIEEA UG PG Exam Date: Examination will be conducted on 1 June 2020.
How to Apply Online for ICAR AIEEA 2020?
Follow the 4 steps given below to Apply Online:
- Step-1: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.
- Step-2: Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (between 10kb – 200kb) and Candidate’s
Signature (between 4kb – 30kb) in JPG/JPEG format. - Step-3: Make a payment of fee using SBI/Syndicate/ICICI/HDFC Payment Gateway(s) and keep proof
of the fee paid. - Step-4: Print at least three copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee.

NTA ICAR AIEEA Admit Card Get
The agency will upload the ICAR AIEEA Admit Card at least 25 days prior to the examination. The students who have submitted online applications successfully cand get the ICAR AIEEA Admit Card from the official website of nta icar.
The Examination City Centre, once opted, shall not be changed. The e-Admit Card will be uploaded on NTA website www.nta.ac.in, www.ntaicar.nic.in. Please check the e-Admit Card carefully for your Name, Subject Group, Date of Birth, Gender, Examination Centre Name, City, State Code of Eligibility and Category, etc.

NTA ICAR AIEEA UG PG Exam Result 2020
Once the exam is commenced successfully, the agency will announce the Result and All India Rank after a few days. Before publishing the result, the agency will release the Answer Key for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate exams.
The candidates will be allowed to submit objections against Answer Key. Based on the objections, the board will revise the answers and prepare the final answer key and Result as well.
Candidates will be able to check their AIEEA Result and AIEEA Rank on the website of NTA Agency.
NTA ICAR AIEEA Counselling Schedule 2020
Counselling schedule for AIEEA UG, PG will be announced later. The ICAR has not announced any dates yet. But it is very likely to be conducted within a week after the result announcements.
The students will have to register online for the Counselling and choose their desired Institutes (If available).
