Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) is initiating a recruitment for various posts of Junior Officer & Technical Assistant Trainee in various trades. The officials have released a recruitment notice for these posts on its website. The eligible candidates can apply online for these posts until 09/11/2019. After that, the authority will organize a written exam for these posts. The exam will tentatively be held in January-February 2021. The candidates will get their MRPL Technical Assistant Trainee Admit Card/ Hall ticket about 10 days prior to the exam date. Also, the authority will release the MRPL Admit Card on the same website.
The authority has released a recruitment notification with Advertisement No. 78/2019 for a total of 233 vacancies of Technical Assistant, Trainee Assistant, Security Officer, Junior Officer, and other posts. The online application can be submitted from 11/10/2019 to 09/11/2019 through the official website of MRPL.

Selection Process:-
The selection process will consist of a Written Test followed by Skill Test (if required by MRPL), Physical Test (if required by MRPL) and Document Scrutiny. The candidates who are successful in the Written Test, Skill Test (if applicable) and Physical Test (if applicable) as per the criteria of MRPL will only be considered for Document Scrutiny.
Written Test (Duration- 120 Minutes)
The Written Test will comprise of 120 Multiple Choice Questions, consisting of two sections; (1) General Awareness of 40 marks (consisting of 40 objective questions) and (2) Discipline/Subject of 80 marks (consisting of 80 objective questions) for a total of 120 minutes duration (Grand Total of 120 Marks).

The MRPL Call Letter will consist of details like candidate’s name, roll number, registration details, photographs etc on it. Also, the candidates will get the examination centre details on the MRPL Technical Assistant Trainee Admit Card print.
The candidates are advised to check the admit card details properly. If there is an error in the call letter, aspirants can contact the authority before the exam date.
Aspirants must bring a valid photo identity proof of himself/herself along with the MRPL Security Officer Admit Card print. A valid photo identity proof may be aadhar card, voter identity card, driving license, etc. The candidates without a valid photo identity card shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
