The Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (MGVCL) is initiating a recruitment for various posts of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) on 246 vacancies. The selection will be done on the basis of a written test. After that, the candidates will go through the interview and documents scrutiny. The board is expected to organize the written exam in February-March month. MGVCL Admit Card: The candidates who applied for the above-said recruitment are eagerly waiting for the MGVCL Junior Assistant Call Letter released. The admit cards will be released by the examination authority about 10 days before the exam date. The details on the exam will be released on the official web portal.
The board will conduct the written exam as per the given scheme. Aspirants can check the details on the examination scheme on the website. We are giving some brief details on the paper pattern here.
Written Exam SCHEME
The tentative syllabus for the exam will be including but not limited to following topics/areas and emphasis could differ. The exam will be conducted by On-line or OMR mode considering the number of candidates eligible as per registration. There will be six (6) sections in multiple-choice question paper having approximate weightage for each section as under:

The question paper for the exam shall be consisting of 100 questions and the paper shall be of 100 marks. There shall be negative marking system and 1/4th mark for each wrong answer shall be deducted to arrive at total marks scored.
In case of Written Test examination, the evaluation of the OMR Sheets of the written test shall be done on a computer, as per entries made in OMR Sheets by the Candidates. As the evaluation is done on the Computer by scanning thereby eliminating manual evaluation, rechecking or ‘inspection of OMR Sheets, subsequent to the written test, will not be entertained by the Company.
MGVCL Admit Card for Vidyut Sahayk: The admit card is an important document as it consists of details like candidate’s registration number, name, photograph etc on it. Also, the candidates will get their exam centre details on the MGVCL Vidyut Sahayak Admit Card print. As per the instructions the examination centre cannot be changed.
The candidates are instructed to bring a valid photo identity proof of himself/herself at the time of examination. The candidates without a photo id or MGVCL Vidyut Sahayak Admit card print shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
