The commission has conducted the KPSC WRD AE JE Exam 2017 on various dates as per the exam schedule. The exam for the Kannada Language conducted on 08/09/2017, the Assistant Engineer Exam held on 09/09/2017 and for the Junior Engineer exam commission on 10/09/2017.
KPSC WRD AE JE Result Announcement Date
The commission’s exam authority will take some more than two months to announce the WRD AE JE result. As per the information received from the sources, the KPSC WRD AE JE result is likely to be announced in the month of November. The exact date is not revealed yet.

KAR WRD AE/JE Merit List & Cut Off Scores (Discussion)
The candidates will be selected on basis of their performance in the written test and further stages. Written examination result will be announced very soon. The candidates who secure the minimum required marks will be called for the further recruitment stages such as Personal Interview etc.
After that, the authority will announce the final cut off marks. The list of the selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of cut off marks. The board will upload the selection list on the website. The candidates will be able to get the KPSC WRD AE JE Merit List through the detail shared on this page also.
You can check the question paper by checking the KPSC AE JE Answer Key. On basis of the answer key, you can get an idea about the estimated marks.

I called that number. They are not receiving..
call again or try calling pwd secretariat office. if you are lucky they will respond or they will cut the call.
Last week, I had called pwd chief engineer office they said no recruitment is planned. And again I called their office, then they gave me some other number.
I called that number, lady picked up and answered. Both aee and ae recruitment are planned.

Pwd notification depends on secretary of pwd department ,how fast he complete the process and present the draft in front of finance minister and after that fm will take decision and send the same to kpsc through finance department so it will take time we can expect arround Feb or if the process finish early we can expect by November end or december first week. But still file is not created by pwd department itself it will take long time

Right now information I got Is that oral permission is granted for recruitment but need official confirmation from government to issue notification about vacancies to filled , they are waiting for of that. Pwd call agodhu pakka, but right now do to scan issues at kpsc, in might delayed.. if not it will soon be announced, honourable CM of Karnataka had told all the vacancy at pwd,agri, horticulture, veterinary will soon be recruited, n he has insisted to produce various vacancy’s information in respective dept from concern Chief Engineer.. do to scambhat it might delayed for 3-6 month, but recruiter will be for sure..

Not yet known, currently their are around 900 vacancies, but due to financial status they might go for only 150-200 that’s it.. Notification might be delayed since problem with kpsc examination procedure, n pwd alone can’t conduct its examination,it does not have power to recruit, it has to be given either to kea or kpsc

It depends upon the Government intent, cabinet decision and financial clearance. If the govt takes any populist measure, it will add constraints. We could have expected Pwd notification soon. But, recent decision of loan waiver program added financial constraints of around 50,000 crores. Due to this, there may be delay. We need to wait little longer.

Wat I’ve heard is selected candidates have got 45 days time to report to respective department and those who fail to report or wont join then that list will be sent by WRD to KPSC n later additional list comes so i dont think so within a month you will be able to get it.

There will be another document verification in the department you are joining. They may check for originality of them with concerned departments. Additional documents may be required for some of them.

Almost everything will be over in the final list. But, all candidates in final list may not join the department. If candidates does not produce proper documents to department, then they might also be rejected. This will create additional vacancy. To fill this, they will release additional list.

I just got information that KPSC has sent final list to wrd officer along with the letter stating to verify the candidates documents again, as it’ll take more time for wrd to officially send the letter and call for document verification, they have asked all candidates to come and give 2 set of their documents. You have to go to vokas soudha 3rd floor during week days except Thursday. Many of the candidates have already gone in groups. So everyone please go with your documents as soon as possible and spread this news to everyone who doesn’t know.

You need to ask KPSC. Sometimes, the department withdraws post. Ask them for clarification.
