The commission has conducted the KPSC WRD AE JE Exam 2017 on various dates as per the exam schedule. The exam for the Kannada Language conducted on 08/09/2017, the Assistant Engineer Exam held on 09/09/2017 and for the Junior Engineer exam commission on 10/09/2017.
KPSC WRD AE JE Result Announcement Date
The commission’s exam authority will take some more than two months to announce the WRD AE JE result. As per the information received from the sources, the KPSC WRD AE JE result is likely to be announced in the month of November. The exact date is not revealed yet.

KAR WRD AE/JE Merit List & Cut Off Scores (Discussion)
The candidates will be selected on basis of their performance in the written test and further stages. Written examination result will be announced very soon. The candidates who secure the minimum required marks will be called for the further recruitment stages such as Personal Interview etc.
After that, the authority will announce the final cut off marks. The list of the selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of cut off marks. The board will upload the selection list on the website. The candidates will be able to get the KPSC WRD AE JE Merit List through the detail shared on this page also.
You can check the question paper by checking the KPSC AE JE Answer Key. On basis of the answer key, you can get an idea about the estimated marks.
The KPSC WRD AE JE Result detail will be activated on this page as and when the same is available to check on the official website. If you have any problem like wrd je lists, ae je common candidates problem in lists , wrd additional lists, mnp lb lists, adlr lists ,je lists not announced even after exam over 1 year back, how u suffer because of same candidate in all the list, very long delay in announcing final lists etc.., … you can also organize yourself and go along with them and talk to secretary tomorrow about your problems and to solve your problems…. other dept candidates are also going tomorrow… you can also join them and submit memorandum to secretary about your problems and ask for quick solutions and solve the problem…. if u not go, then there will be lot delay, no action and u will suffer….. so go tommorow with them and submit your memorandum also to secretary …. and bring his attention to the problems of the lists and for actions….

@kpsc aspirant.many of friends from various other states were given job orders in 3-4 months after exam. But in Karnataka even after over a year we are nowhere near getting orders, this is outrageous. If we keep quite, they’ll stall for another year. So please you guys ask them to process fast and send in orders. Thank you.

They will call the office, they will fix a day and time and tell you to come on that day at the fixed time. Go on the date of appointment in large number … give the controller and secretary your letter… talk to them about the problem… request them for steps… this can help many people…

Those who are waiting for Additional list ,don’t waste time prepare for coming exams , it’s difficult it will not go according to the way your are thinking ,,,,,if the candidate join the on e department and lf he leave for other department the earlier post will be added to back log ……So no chance for you people in additional list ,,,,,the candidate in additional list are recruited only if any candidates not reported so hard luck for you people ……….And don’t think that candidates will go for any one ,,,,,just they will fly like birds from one job to other as they want to show some great feeling that they selected for many jobs bcoz of this nearly 68 post either from wrd or MNp will become backlogs so don’t waste time plz start your preparation they are not your relatives to do sacrifice as .,,,after selected few people

MNP is better. Because, you get to stay in cities and actually get involved in day to day construction projects.You can feel the engineer in you, right from day 1. In WRD, you may get just maintenance jobs as canals, dams and such need many years of maintenance once constructed.Construction of many of those structures takes decades.

People may say many things… But, let me tell you the practicality…. Many officers also acknowledge this….
Wrd is risky job. You need to travel for deserted and isolated areas frequently. There will be lot frequent visits to such far and isolated places. In Wrd, if transferred all over Karnataka you need to stay away from family alone since all place have no good infrastructure, good schools, hospitals. You cannot take family to such places .. Also most regular work in village areas. In Wrd most activities in secluded places. It is risky working environment.. and also difficult for most of them to cope up with it…
Where as Mnp and Local bodies is safer. You can be safer and security is assured within city limits. In Mnp LB you can stay in cities. Cities have good infrastructure, schools, hospitals… and are safer… Presently most of the economic activities are taking place in cities. This is same not only in Karnataka, but India and all over the world. Majority of budget goes for city development only. So, most resources are spent here only. Recently Smart cities have gained prominence. There will be lot of international collaboration about design, infrastructure and all… This has added much more value to Mnp… In Mnp, you will be in contact with all the officials and all important people in the cities… Mnp is better and good compared to Wrd in most areas….

There are very less posts in MNP LB and competition is more for that. Also MNP is better than WRD in many ways.. In WRD there are more posts around 900.. also adlr is also there which is also good…. so some chances…

Its your opinion, We can’t judge or predict most of them will go for MNP/ADLR/LB, even my friends are working in MNP and ADLR, they said WRD is much much better than MNP, recently WRD minister approved for seperation of WRD from PWD Department, so most probably 2000+ ppl are working WRD section, so that ppl who are selected in WRD had chance to get promoted fastly, & they can move to the level of EE post or SE Post easily

I don’t know why you people are worried too much , any way you got jobs be happy ,all post are B group only ,and getting job is important ,,,,, according to Karnataka recruitment procedure ,all equivalent groups can be deputated to any department , if you are interested in MNp join for that , after few years you can change the department to any ( expect Adlr which is not technical you have serve entire life in dat department) ……And before joining plz enquire with the person already working in the respective department …….According to my survey 1. Wrd ( projects, maintaince outsourcing contract)

3 local bodies( puts sabe, pattana Panchayat)
