The Karnataka Public Service Commission has completed a written test for 600 Assistant Engineer(Civil/ Mechanical) and 289 Junior Engineer(Civil/ Mechanical) posts in water resource department. The commission has conducted the KPSC WRD AE JE Exam 2017 on various dates as per the exam schedule. The exam for the Kannada Language conducted on 08/09/2017, the Assistant Engineer Exam held on 09/09/2017 and for the Junior Engineer exam commission on 10/09/2017.
The commission’s exam authority will take some more than two months to announce the WRD AE JE result. As per the information received from the sources, the KPSC WRD AE JE result is likely to be announced in the month of November. The exact date is not revealed yet.

The candidates will be selected on basis of their performance in the written test and further stages. Written examination result will be announced very soon. The candidates who secure the minimum required marks will be called for the further recruitment stages such as Personal Interview etc.
After that, the authority will announce the final cut off marks. The list of the selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of cut off marks. The board will upload the selection list on the website. The candidates will be able to get the KPSC WRD AE JE Merit List through the detail shared on this page also.

175 to 180 will be the cutoff for the GM

Maximum is 233 3A cat and there are more than 30 scored above 200 marks

@ Navyashree b k please analyse my prediction properly it will not come to single digit .....And count no of seats in Hk for women.......Don't simply.......And my request to all friends while analysing for Hk don't simply deduct the marks .....See for example in 3ag there is only 1 seat in Hk region then may be maximum 2 marks difference between Hk and Nhk......In so many category there is no seat in Hk only ......Then how cm single digit person will get seat

@megha please go through previous recruitment difference between HK and NHK..its around 35 to 40 marks..here First fill up NHK with all categories and those HK candidates with categories they will be selected in NHK cat..then HK KM then rural then HK GM..HK GM competitators will be selected in NHK cat..so in HK we should get pure GM to fill seats..first rural HK and KM then come to HK GM..difference around 25 to 30 marks..u analyse once again about seat allotment between HK and NHK..First NHK process will complete in that HK candidates also there..then purely only HK with few district to fill 27 seats..
BUT not that difference.. ten to 15 marks..
Nmbr of vacancys are more it could be that much differece
