KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.
How to check KPSC KAR Gazetted Probationers Result 2017:
- First of all, visit the official website at http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
- Find the detail named KPSC Gazetted Probationers (Prelims) Result
- . on the detail and Fill the required details like reg no. & Pass
- Check the filled information and . on the proceed button
- The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result will be shown on your desktop screen
- get it and take a valid print out for provisional use

Dear Aspirants,
Its been a year and 25 days since we finished our mains exam and we still have no clue of when our results are being announced. If we don’t act up and be dependent on Suresh Kumar sir or for the KPSC to release the results, I guess its never going to happen looking at the way things are going. Also, we no more can be reliable on our so called ‘Sources’ because they give information of what they hear. Now is the time we take charge and do everything it takes for our results to be announced at the earliest. This is not one person or 10 people who can do something, It requires all 8000 odd candidate’s efforts to make this happen. Take it to twitter, take it to Facebook and Newspapers to question commission and the politicians for this delay. Tag Chief minister, KPSC, Governor, Mr Siddaramaiah, Deputy CM , Law Minister etc. If we let this go now, we’ll have to wait for another 6 more months and Politicians are busy settling their own issues. Unfortunately we are ‘mere’ 8000 odd candidates who they care a damn. Their self interests are more important than anything else and they will be more bothered about farmer loan waiver or anything else which forms their vote bank and will get busy working on their planning for Lok sabha elections.
If Mr Chief Minister’s son’s movie after much investment of money did not release in the theatres, would they be sleeping fine ? If our own Law makers after their election voting do not know when their election results are going to be announced, I wonder how many would have heart attacks. The reason being, any exam that is completed it is dharma that the outcome of it is known. For actors its Movie release date, for politicians its their elections results and for we aspirants its our exam. It is a dream for us, It is a dream to many more to see ourselves as civil servants! GPE is not some time pass exam that we have written. It requires year’s of commitment and hard work to make it to this stage and many have their livelihoods dependent on this exam. Also there are many more who are waiting for next notification to realise their dream. By delaying the entire process, KPSC/ Government is playing with the dreams and aspirations of thousands of aspirants. Who is going to take responsibility for our prime years that has been lost just waiting for the results ?
It is very unfortunate that there is no questioning authority to KPSC. Be it ruling party or opposition party. We are this helpless candidates just waiting for things to unfold. We no more can wait and have the patience to do so. Let us all decide and gather at KPSC/Vidhana Souda one fine day and fight for our results. This is not how we wanted, but they called for it.
I’m not talking just for GPE, but for many other exams of KPSC whose results are awaited.
Please circulate this message amongst your WhatsApp groups and telegram groups and wake people up. We have spent enough sleepless nights and now is the time to start action.

I’m just sharing collected information from various sources reasons for delaying results, beliving those news left to you guys.
1) result will be announced after SC hearing on 25th reg contempt of court filled by 98-99 aspirants. Sc given summons to CS, DPAR sec, kpsc sec attend hearing.
2) result will be announced after appointing new chairman i.e karigowda.
3) result will be announced in Feb, interview after LS
4) some sources say concerned officer is on leave for two days, so definitely no results in this week.

@Def, i went through the suttole. Its regarding list preparation regarding HK reservation. Now that new act is passed dont you think they would have asked for clarification. That to both Kpsc and Kea.
