KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.
How to check KPSC KAR Gazetted Probationers Result 2017:
- First of all, visit the official website at http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
- Find the detail named KPSC Gazetted Probationers (Prelims) Result
- . on the detail and Fill the required details like reg no. & Pass
- Check the filled information and . on the proceed button
- The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result will be shown on your desktop screen
- get it and take a valid print out for provisional use

Very Frustrating, KPSC has stooped to new lows by delaying results, any ways my GS 4 Ethics paper for all of you…. As most of you were asking me for my answer script i am uploading the ethics paper….Sorry for late reply I have been irregular in this forum. Previously i had uploaded GS 3 paper I hope you guys remember.
I scored 159 in Ethics. While writing this paper I had a mental block at 4pm that the exam is getting over at 4.30pm but it was actually 2 – 5pm. At 4pm I still had 7 questions to write which i finished by 4.30pm….but later when i realised that i had still 30mins I did some value additions to answers, where ever I had put a scratch in empty sheets i tried to convert those into Diagrams, etc….. I hope this will be useful. All the best for the Results whenever its released.

Some officials in kpsc are telling results will be out after a month or so, they’ve asked for clarification/file from govt etc. Definitely results wont be out this week guys, time to contact sureshkumar sir or others for another protest. If you guys don’t believe visit kpsc, or call them they will tell you the same. This is not an inside info, it’s info given by kpsc to your fellow aspirant. Others, please contact kpsc or any related source to confirm what’s going on.

Just a query. Can we obtain answer scripts of people who have written 2014 mains?
Has anybody obtained others mains answer scripts under RTI say the toppers paper?
No one can’t get other candidates answer script through RTI, there is no provision for it. It also violates FR right to privacy.
In the CBSC case and other cases the SC has held that the answer scripts does not constitute private information under the RTI act

So apply and try, you will get official answer from kpsc then you can approach state information commissioner.

I asked has anybody applied and obtained at all to know if KPSC has entertained such requests in the past. Did not seek a lecture from anybody.. People who has an answer might choose to reply or not. I can only pity the situation of those who poke their nose in everything unnecessarily without relevant answers in the guise of hidden identity.

Yes Go reached kpsc. But kpsc staff told files also should reach kpsc to announce results.

As per the latest sources the members signature is already done as file was in movement for member approval. So may be tomorrow only approval
