KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.

Under Article 200, the Governor can reserve a bill passed by the legislature for reconsideration of the President. A bill can be reserved under the following circumstances: (i) if the bill is unconstitutional, (ii) if it is against the larger interest of the country, (iii) if it is in direct opposition to the Directive Principles of State Policy, (iv) if the bill passed by the state legislature is of grave national importance, (v) if it endangers the position of the High Court and (vi) if the bill, deals with the compulsory acquisition of property under Article 31(3).
It is interesting to note that, Article 200 does not contemplate that the Governor shall first give his assent and, when the bill has become a full-fledged law, reserve it for the consideration of the President. Reservation is an alternative to his giving or refusing assent to the Bill. Indeed, in matters where reservation is compulsory, the Governor is prohibited from giving his assent

Some guys misleading in this forum regarding bill, someone said bill got assent on 28th itself. But Bill is still in Secretariat. I’m repeatedly saying bill is still not sent.
If you guys have doubt on this kindly Visit DPAR request them, they will tell status of Bill, how many days and what all the procedures it required (they don’t know how much time it requires if governors objects the bill).
Next move to HC building, there you can find AG office, you guys can find PP who are usually specialist in service matter, discuss with them what governor can do? If governor reserves bill on what condition he can do? Everything they will discuss with you guys if they are free, go after their office hours after 4pm.
To visit DPAR or AG office you guys no need of influence, recommendation or money anything, but you guys should have patience, sometime they may deny to give official information request them, they will tell everything…

Bill should reach governor through proper channel, it will take it’s own time. After reaching bill also don’t expect he will sign within 1-2 day, he will consult his legal team and then will take decision. If govt wants speed the process then they should send file as fast as possible and put pressure on Governor (MLAs can’t put pressure, only concerned ministers and Cm can do)

If u see, we are having a discussion rather than speculating on the result dates which is almost impossible to predict as many factors are involved in it. You can have your views anyways!
Agree. But the court also said it just did not want to pass an ex parte order and wanted to hear the views of the centre too. The court also noted that the Centre has brought in an amendment to nullify the court judgement without removing the defects in the act.
All I am saying is if the bill related to our exmas gets into this situation then its always like an hanging sword. Even if this batch sails through, this problem Might come back to bite as the court judgement came before 2015 process. Too many complications.

Act enacted to protect 2015 batch and to release results… Yes they applied it from 1994 but major reason is 2015 batch results and upcoming new notification.. If someone wants to challenge they can in court not before governor…2015 batch results may get delayed until governor sign but it will not face any kind of legal issues in the future so don’t worry guys

Govt is the responsible authority to implement judgement, to bypass this judgment they are bringing new act, it will safeguard RETROPSPECtiVELY from 1993-94 to 2014 and ongoing 2015 batch.

2011 fate won’t be happen to 2015 aspirants, list will squashed/rejected based on corruption or malpractices only. Still nothing such things happened in our batch, so hope for best.

Being a law student and after consulting a lawyer handling cases related to Kpsc i have writing this comment;
* there is doctrine of severability where court can sqash a part of statute rather than the whole. So only retrospective part can be deleted by court after studying the merits.
* judgement was for specific 3 batch results. There is no clause that it needs to be followed for upcoming requirtment.
* there were other issues with those 3 batches apart from reservation. Which is not there in our batch.
* procedure is already notified. So there will be injustice to change rules mid way through.
* no merit for governor to refer to president n also to sit on Bill. So it will be signed soon.
* SC cant give stay for our mains or interview as it will hamper whole recruitment process of the state which has multiple stages.
So to some extent our process is on safer state. So lets just pray that we get it soon.

Judgement belongs to all batches including 2014 that’s why GOVT inserted word RETROSPECTIVELY, yes 2014 officers are working along 98,99 officers coz GOVT BRINGinG this NEW ACT to safeguard culprits and redo his mistakes….
GOVT not taken any action on Kumar judgement till today so they all working, that doesn’t mean they are safe.
All i will say is please read the judgement once.

Wait for tomorrows paper (or with in 2-3days) you guys will come to know where is bill now? Where guys filed objection for new bill by 98,99 aspirants yesterday? (objection could be filled in SC only after governors gives assent) What they have got assurance!! Everything will be cleared out in 2-3 days.
Don’t forget, biggest blunder by govt is applying this act retrospectively to save some aspirant, so we have to suffer now..! Prajavani claimed it’s Akrama- sakrama yojana.
Govt should have brought this act for 2015 batch onwards….

Our batch wont be squashed at any condition, I said we are suffering coz we have been wanting since last December, we don’t know what happens next, still our govt not recommended members chairman name!!!! Bill yet to reach governor office from concerned department.
They are killing our time ?, we wasted our youth by writing kpsc eas
As per information that we have received the Bill has been sent for governor approval already.
Its expected to get approval Monday or Tuesday.
But the file related to chairman and members appointment hasnt reached as there is still tussel between parties. Also cm will return only on 2nd.

Governor may sign it because
1.Advocate General opinion has been already taken, before passing the Bill.
2.There is seperate paragraph related to 1998,1999 and 20004 in this bill.Nothing is there in it, related to against the court decision..

untill and unless the bill gets signed and chairman gets appointed can’t predict the date of announcement of results. afterwards only the real scenario will come to light like going to court or such things. it’s uncertain.
In all possibility, Khalil Ahmad and his batch mates will approach SC once the rules under the new laws are notified since the judgement was in their favour and they might not let go of the chance they had got.

Working backwards, the Code of Conduct under the Election Commission of India – under which the government cannot announce new projects, programmes, concessions or financial grants to prevent it from influencing voters – should be in force from Friday, 8 March 2019.
Guru once the election is notified by EC code of conduct comes into picture.
Elections in 2014 happened in may, if i am not wrong.
So lets just wait and watch

If you are not aware, the SC judgement came after the 2014 process and before the 2015 process started. That explains it all… My understanding is, until unless specified the judgement applies prospectively and not retrospectively.
In this case the judgement is related to 1998, 1999 and 2004. So it will be applicable to them. And since the judgement came in before 2015 process, it will be applicable. Correct me if I am wrong.
When they can change the list for recruitment which has happened a decade ago!

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನ) ಕಾಯ್ದೆ-2018 ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಯ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಮ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸವಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿದವರು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅಂಕಿತ ಹಾಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ನೀಡದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
1998, 1999 ಮತ್ತು 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ (ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ) ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕುರಿತು 2016ರ ಜೂನ್ 12ರಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್, ‘ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯೇ ಅಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿತ್ತು. ಈ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿದ್ದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ (ಎಸ್ಸಿ, ಎಸ್ಟಿ, ಇತರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳು) ಕೋರಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು.
‘ಇದರಿಂದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದವರು ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ಪುಟ್ಟರಂಗ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಡಾ.ಎಚ್.ಸಿ.ಮಹದೇವಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ನಡೆಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಪ್ರಿಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗಳ ಆದೇಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, 1998, 1999 ಹಾಗೂ 2004 ಸಾಲಿನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ, 47 ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹರು ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 1998ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಐಎಎಸ್ಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಎಂಟು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಿಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೂರೂ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ 150ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾನವೂ ಪಲ್ಲಟಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೇಮಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಕರಿಗೌಡ (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ) ಕೂಡಾ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1994ರಿಂದಲೇ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯ ಆಗಲಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅನರ್ಹರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಆತಂಕ.
‘ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡವನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 1995ರ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೆಷನರಿ ನಿಯಮ 4ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಿಕೆ ‘ಸಿ’ಗೆ (ಸಂದರ್ಶನ) ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ಹೇಳಿ ಯಾರೂ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸಿದರು.
‘ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಡೆಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶ ಇರುವಂತೆ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಾದ ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಖಲೀಲ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಎನ್.ವಾಸುದೇವ್ ಅನುಮಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
‘ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಿಸುವಂತಿವೆ. ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಹಿತಕಾಯುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈವರೆಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆ ಹಾಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತೂ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಬೇಸರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
‘ಪ್ರಚಲಿತ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಇದನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಒಪ್ಪುವುದೂ ಅನುಮಾನ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಅನೂರ್ಜಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಹೊರಟಿಸುವ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗೂ ಇದೇ ಗತಿ ಆಗಲಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ?
ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.
‘ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಎ, ಬಿ, ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ವೇಳೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು 1995ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾವ ಜಾತಿ, ಪಂಗಡ, ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರೆನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೆ, ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶ ಈ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಡಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
‘ಆದರೆ, ವಾಸ್ತವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. 1998, 1999 ಹಾಗೂ 2004ರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದಡಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಬೆರಳೆಣಿಕೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಬದಲು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು’ ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

@sruthi no one knows about new notification exact information even KPSC, DPAR yet to receive new vacant post lists from various departments, if loksabha elections are announced no new notification during code of conduct, prepare for UPSC it eventually helps in KAS.
