KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.

- Find the detail named KPSC Gazetted Probationers (Prelims) Result

- get it and take a valid print out for provisional use

Usually once bill presented it will be discussed in a scheduled day. If there is no discussion govt will move the bill for consideration / approval in last day. Guillotine. Approves bills in bundles. Wait for a day.
On 19 dec 4, 30 pm speaker cm and parliament AFF min spoke about bill and wanted it’s passage…prmt AFF min said this bill has effect on 10 k govt official needs to be passed..speaker said about reservation among politicians…but eshwarappa objected and said let’s discuss first about north Karnataka…than Jagdish Shettar spoke 2 hrs and entire day was lost….but silver lining was eshwarappa said no objection to bill but will take later…

I will reserve the bill for President assent since it’s passed as ordinance it concerned with reservation issue (violates Indira sahweny case reservation should not cross 50%), and its against the 2017 High court order, which was upgraded by honble supreme court in 2018. Let president decide about this.

It’s not yours , politicians are portraying it like that for political mileage … Never in the history , the reservation candidates have been deprived from entering into genral merit list if they have the merit … They are called meritorious reserved candidates …
Here the issue is SC st candidates who passed prelims stage in SC st 3a 3b XMP are claiming GM seat in mains stage which violates the competitive spirit …. Court was of the view that any candidate who has used reservation in 1 sarge camnot claim GM quota perse …
But what happened in 1998 1999 2004 was foul migration of candidates belonging to reservation list to GM list … So that more category candidates could eat the sagre of GM seats …
This is injustice of highest order . No piece of legislation can cover this up …. Justice will be served .. NO matter what …

If govt not implemented this act they have to change list from 1993-93, that’s why govt want to bring this act which is applicable from 1993-94.

June 3rd ge central govt tenure end agatte, so 60 days before code of conduct apply agatte if in case bjp doesn’t go for early elections.
We all know Kpsc is constitutional autonomous body, code of conduct does not applicable to kpsc etc etc, but still kpsc won’t release results or conduct interview during election period due to various technical reasons.
Let them announce results as soon as rules are framed, and conduct whenever they want.

In new enactment they are just saying if candidate score more even he can take seat in GM and it’s not violation of constitution any provision.. GM seat always open for all even high court of karnataka follows same rules while filling judge post.. So new act will make everything easier for KPSC.. So be fine guys

if a person selected under reservation in prelims scores equal marks to that of Gm in mains and again scores less marks in interview means it will become difficult to consider him under which category . means either in sc or Gm after final result. hence this makes people to approach court for justification

After results any of the aspirants(especially GM) will file case in HC…HC/SC are very serious abt reservation policy and the current amendment s unconstitutional as the reservation limit is crossing 50%…. current example Maratha reservation in Maharashtra….present amendment will provide illegal way for reserved candidates to encroach into General Merit posts even after 50% reservation provided for reserve candidates…List will get cancelled and sufferers are reserved candidates…if there ll be re interview, GM candidates and reserved candidates(who cleared GM cutoff) will be safer side bcoz they ll again get into list ..U have already know abt KPSC history…bt it ll happen for sure as I hv experienced lot with kpsc….god know where this will lead to…if govt had accepted HC verdict then there could b no intruption in result…anyways all d best guys

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ (ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ) ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಯುವ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ) ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಗೊಂದಲ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನ)–2018’ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಅಡ್ವೊಕೇಟ್ ಜನರಲ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದ ಅನ್ವಯ ಕರಡು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಕೂಡ ಸಹಮತ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.
ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಎ, ಬಿ, ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕದ ಸಂಬಂಧ 1994ರ ಮೇ 3 ಮತ್ತು 1995ರ ಜೂನ್ 20ರಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
1994 ಮೇ 3ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಈ ಆದೇಶದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಯಾವ ಜಾತಿ, ಪಂಗಡ, ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರೆನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೆ, ಕೇವಲ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಂದರೆ, ಎಸ್.ಸಿ, ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಡಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಅಂಶ ಮಸೂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು 1994ರ ಮೇ 3ರಿಂದಲೇ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವೂ ಮಸೂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ, 1998, 1999 ಮತ್ತು 2004ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕವೆಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ, ಈ ಸಾಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಐಎಎಸ್ಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಏಳು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಿಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯದಂತೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಏಕೆ?
2015ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 428 ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ವೇಳೆ, 1998, 1999, 2004ರ ಸಾಲಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ (ಸಂದರ್ಶನ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೇ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ ಕೇಳಿತ್ತು.
ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ನ. 3ರಂದು ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪು ಪಾಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಈ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಪಾಲಿಸಲು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಚ್.ಸಿ. ಮಹದೇವಪ್ಪ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ಸಿ.ಪುಟ್ಟರಂಗಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು, 1995ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನೇ 2015ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು.
ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆದಾಗ, ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ, ನಿಯಮ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ, ಅಡ್ವೊಕೇಟ್ ಜನರಲ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.

l ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ. ಈ ತೀರ್ಪು ಪಾಲನೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ’ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು.

If governors gives assent bill after passing by session it takes more than 25-30 announce result, ideally February.
Coz governor will consult legal experts and may ask more information from government. Bill will reach governors office only after session, may be in January it reach governor office.
