KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.

I asked about kas mains result problem to a public prosecutor who represent government in one of the district court of Karnataka. He told that
1) The kpsc has to follow the rules which were their at the time of notification.
2) The government frame new rules which is in synch with HC judgement and apply this to next notification but not to present notification that is 2015 notification.
3) kpsc should have brought this problem to the governments notice at initial stage only that is before preliminary exam stage as HC judgement came before kas notification but it not.

1.changed recruitment process time from annual or biannual to five year plan.
2.removal of Facebook & twitter link,thus by keeping kpsc from harsh attacks& thus protect its integrity.

I think everybody came to realise that nobody can predict results dates as of now. Reservation rules ammendment will take Dec. Then govt will put up selecting president and members. Until unless members recruited they won’t allow to start interview. Oh! it comes LS elections. I pray god , bless us mooooooore patience.

ಅವರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬರು ಪ್ರಮುಖರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕೆ.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜನ್ನು ರವರ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಅ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಆಹ್ವಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಾದವು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರಾದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿಯವರೂ ಇದ್ದರು.
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಳಲನ್ನು ತೋಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತು ಸಂವಾದವೇ ನಡೆದುಹೋಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಿಂದ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಕೆ.ಎ.ಎಸ್ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಕಾನೂನು ತೊಡಕುಗಳಿವೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. (ಈ ಕುರಿತು ನಾನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಡನೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ).
ಟೈಪಿಸ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕೆಎಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳು ಬೇಕಾದೀತು. ( ಈ ಕುರಿತೂ ಸಹ ನಾನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಡನೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ).
ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ 10 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ನಾನು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 26 ರಂದು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸುದ್ಧಿ ದೊರಕಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. .ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಅವರ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರಲಾಯಿತು.
ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 25ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೆ.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವಕ ಯುವತಿಯರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು 26 ನೇ ತಾರೀಕು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಾನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಯ “Helpline” ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಬದಲು “Helpless line” ಆಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ, ಇದನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1. Jannu told that Mains result will be published by 22nd December
2. By another week all other exams final list to be released
If at all they delay again then another hardcore protest is planned on December 26th . But looking at the developments I am optimistic by December 22nd everything will be sorted out .
Suresh Kumar sir or jannu didn’t say mains results will be published by 22nd, he said there are different opinions from kpsc and govt reg to follow old reservation rules, he said he will talk to Dpar and concerned ministry. You can’t claim husband’s caste, if both are from different caste.

ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ನನಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಡಲು ಬಯಸಿದರೆ ಇಂದು (30.11.2018) ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಶಾಸಕ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೆ.

ಆದರೆ 2018 ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಬಂದರೂ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಬಳಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ಮುಗಿಯುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂಬ “ಭರವಸೆ” ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಆದರೆ ನುಡಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ್ದಲ್ಲ. ಮಿತ್ರರೊಬ್ಬರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ, ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ….ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್ ಪರ್ಟ್.
* ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ 661 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈವರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಆದೇಶ ಕೊಡದೆ ಆಯೋಗ ಸತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪಾಪ, ಆ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರ ಪಾಡು ಹೇಳತೀರದು.
* ಅದೇ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ರಕ್ಷಕರ (Excise Guards) ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಇದುವರೆವಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಪಾಪ. ಈ “ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ಥ” ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಇವರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಲಿಸರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಡೆದು ಹೊರಗಟ್ಟಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಡುವ ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇಂದು ನನ್ನ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರ ಹತಾಷೆ, ನಿರಾಶಾವಾದದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಮನಃಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಗಮನಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಿತಲ್ಲ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಆವರಣದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿಲ್ಲದ ಈ “ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ಥ” ರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ದಿನಾಂಕ : 4.12.2018, ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ತಟ್ಟಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
ಈ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದೊಂದೇ ನನ್ನ ಈ ಕದ ತಟ್ಟುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

AG’s opinion has been sought on whether a new act is required
The State government has sought the Advocate-General’s opinion on the issue of reservation in direct recruitment for various government posts through the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC). The development comes even as Congress leaders, including former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, have urged Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy to revert to the earlier reservation scheme.
1995 Government Order
Earlier, under a 1995 Government Order, meritorious candidates belonging to communities from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes among others, who qualify for 50% reservation for posts in direct recruitment, were also recruited under the general merit category.
However, citing court directions, the government, in the first week of November, had asked the KPSC to restrict candidates to the community quota irrespective of merit.
This led to protests from the communities as they felt the new rule would curtail their employment opportunities. Following this, the Cabinet, last week, decided to maintain status quo on the issue.
Mr. Kumaraswamy told The Hindu that the Advocate-General’s advice has been sought to know whether there is a need for a new Act, or rules to overcome the present situation.
“We have already lost the case in court. We do not want to approach the issue in a hurry and that’s why we have sought the AG’s opinion,” he said. He explained that the new reservation scheme was based on the court orders of 2016. “We have not taken any decision on our own,” he said.
Chief Secretary T.M. Vijay Bhaskar said that they were expecting legal opinion shortly.

While Social Welfare Minister Priyank Kharge had written to the Chief Minister nearly a fortnight ago expressing concern about the impact of the new rule, Mr. Siddaramaiah, on Thursday, wrote to Mr. Kumaraswamy urging him to revert to the earlier system.
