KPSC KAS Preliminary Exam Result & Cutoff Score details
The Karnataka Public Service Service has successfully completed a preliminary examination for Gazetted Probationers in the State Administrative Services (KAS) on 20 August 2017. In the next phase, the recruitment authority will announce the result for this exam. The KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers (GP) Result is likely to be declared within two or three months. The candidates can check the KAS GP Result by using the Login ID (Application No.) and Password (Date of Birth) on the official website.
In 2015, a recruitment for 401 posts of KAS Gazetted Probationers in various departments of the Karnataka State. Applications were invited from the eligible candidates for these posts. As per the organizational information, A large number of candidates shown interest in this recruitment. A massive number of applications were received. The authority conducts a written examination (Prelims) for the registered candidates on 20.08.2017 respectively.

The KAS Gazetted Probationers Preliminary Exam took place on 20/08/2017. A massive number of candidates appeared in the examination. The candidates who have been a part of the test are eagerly waiting for the result for the same.
The KAS recruitment authority will announce the KPSC Preliminary Exam result as soon as possible. The result is likely to be declared in the third week of October. The candidates will be able to check the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result by using the application registration number and date of birth.
KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result get
The Commission releases KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in online or offline mode. In case, if the results are released in online mode, the applicants have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials such as Registration No. and Date of Birth. After entering these details, the detail will generate your result on the desktop screen. Now you can check your KPSC Gazetted Probationers results and can also get the provisional result sheet for future reference.
Whereas, to check the KPSC Result KAS Prelims Result 2017 through offline mode, the candidates have to get the result in pdf file from the official website. In the offline, the Commission will upload the KPSC KAS Gazetted Probationers Result 2017 in Pdf format. In which all the qualified candidate’s Registration No. and Name is provided. The candidates can use Ctrl+F in order to search their Registration No. to check the result. The Commission will upload mark sheet on the official website after declaring the KPSC Administrative Services Exam Result 2017. The candidates can get the result sheet for the provisional use.
KPSC Gazetted Probationers Cut Off Scores
The Preliminary Examination had two papers with each carrying 200 Marks. The applicants need to score minimum qualifying marks in each paper to qualify. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The Commission will announce the mains exam date, a few days after the declaration of KPSC KAS Prelims Exam Result 2017.
The recruitment authority will finalize the cut-off marks on the basis of difficulty of the exam, the number of applications received vs the number of vacancies and number of appeared candidates. A notification regarding category-wise cut-off marks will be published on the official web portal. The candidates will be intimated on their registered email id and mobile number also.

Court case
Someone has filed case in court about it. Until it is solved in court, you cannot expect any further process in it.Because of this, it has been withheld as of now.
You need to request court to fast track it. KPSC cannot proceed until the matter is solved in court.

I think it’s amendment of “rules ” ,so an executive work…doesn’t require legislative amendment….correct me if am wrong
It’s purely to do with executive , I think under the ambit of delegated legislation they can do it , no need for legislative approval
If they are going to amend the rules, it should be done in legislation, after passing amendment, governor should approval it, this is the procedure.

Results within November 10 for sure….. And as far as reply from dpar it’s about implementation at the interview stage I mean it will be applied at final stage after marks allocation post interview, so basically to announce results there is no hurdles so we can expect within November 10.

Nodrappa we should plan n meet CS in next week,otherwise innod varsha aadru namma process mugialla…mark my words….delay in chairman n members appointments,Lok Sabha elections code of conduct from march,political instability due to Lok Sabha election results etc etc….
If this chairman cannot do, probably entire interview may get postponed …new chairman election will get into tug of war between congress and JDS… this will take 1 month to get resolved… It will take another month for governor to sign…. next comes political crisis when congress pulls back support just before lokasabha elections… interview cannot be held during elections…

ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಶಾಮ್ ಭಟ್, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸರಕಾರದ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಧ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಪಣಕ್ಕಿಡಲು ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹಾಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಘುನಂದನ್ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸದ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಸುರೇಶ್ ದಾಳ ಉರುಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕರಿಗೌಡ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆ ವಹಿಸಲು ಸಿಎಂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಅವರ ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಚಿವ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಬೆಂಬಲವೂ ಇದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ನೂತನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಕೆ ಸಹೋದರರ ನಡುವೆ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ನಡೆಯುವ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರಕಾರವಿದ್ದಾಗ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಯಂತೆ ರಘುನಂದನ್ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಆಪ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಪ್ತರನ್ನು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಗಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಒತ್ತಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ ಕರಿಗೌಡ ಅವರೂ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಅತ್ಯಾಪ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕರಿಗೌಡ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಆಪ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆಯಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆ ವಹಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಕಾದಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ದೋಸ್ತಿ ಸರಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸರಕಾರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಮತ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ದಾರಿ ಸುಗಮಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಅವರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುರ್ಚಿಯೂ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಮಿತ್ರನಂತೆ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಹಳೆಯ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮರೆತು ಒಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಬಯಸಿದ ಇಂಧನ ಖಾತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಅವರೂ ಅಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಕೈಚೆಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದನ್ನು ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರೂ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ರಿಸ್ಕ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಿಎಂ ಹೋಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸರಕಾರದ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ತಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದರೆ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಎದುರು ತಾವು ಮಂಡಿಯೂರಿದಂತೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ನೇಮಕವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಅವರದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕರಿಗೌಡ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದ ನಿರ್ಣಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮೀರುವುದು ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಯ ಹೊಸ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ನೇಮಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಎರಡು ಪ್ರಬಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಜಿದ್ದಾಜಿದ್ದಿಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

@Ryan those who missed interview list by less than 10 marks have fair chance to fight against injustice but the thing is you have to hire good advocate or else some one will buy your advocate..

Yes @Ryan sir that’s the problem of middle-class people. Our friends approached famous advocate after 2014 results, he said I will not fight in KAT, I know how KAT and govt works, if case come in front of HC I will fight for you your case have merits etc, after meeting with him, his juniors said we will not charge fee like others since you all are students but you have to give minimum fees,.. so our friends left that option..

Sir I’m not legal expert, it’s just my analysis, if government gives green signal for list by sidelining Supreme court order, it will becomes litigation. Those who missed final list they approach Court..
Sir finally it depends on government how they interpret the SC orders.
(I may be wrong in my analysis too), let’s wait for one week we will come to know DPAR opinion.

File case in court with Suprecourt and high court orders you can get justice if you fight with good advocate.

Look what is proceedure changes
1) there will no issue with the present recruitment as new proceedure will be followed as done by upsc , candidates clearing prelims in general can only claim general seats in mains.
2) coming to 2014 yes if any candidate got into final list using general in mains and category in prelims he will be out if the person below them hire good lawyer and go for implementation of supreme court order and follow Tina dabi case

See if there are 100 seats ,50 seats are reserved for gm n 50 for various reserved categories…the first 50 seats I.e, gm seats are filled based on merit irrespective of category..next 50 seats are allotted according to reservation…Now at mains stage if there are 100 seats ,50 seats are for gm ,these 50 are to be filled by those who got selected under gm at prelims stage (even SC selected under gm in prelims can be placed under gm in mains list based on merit) ,but one who got selected under SC in prelims list will be placed only under SC category in mains….
You are wrong, in KPSC under prelims even if u qualify under SC you still have a claim in mains to 50 GM as well as 50 Reserved seats & this is the issue where merit has taken the back seat whilst this is not so under UPSC.
Ya that’s what I said…if one has been placed under SC in prelims will not get GM seat in Mains according to Court ruling…but as of now it’s not being followed
Kpsc notified for 439 posts, but 37 posts left for pure GM candidates instead of 210(you guys can compare upsc CSE notification), here in Karnataka many of the GM posts are taken by horizontal reservation(like rural,Kannada,women etc) which is against SC order I.e reservation should not cross 50%.
Lets fight in court, court only can deliver justice for us.
Kpsc secretary done good thing by writing letter to Government, his work should be appreciated.

Yes @danti durga your right, Govt should amend rules, if kpsc follows old rules against the SC order upsc rules we will fight in court, already GM candidates are suffering from more no.of horizontal reservation. Let’s court give justice for us.
But I wish KPSC follow upsc like how it did in Tina dabi case.
Issue is, if prelims cutoff for gm is 184 & 3B is 170.. candidates qualified under 3B cutoff in prelims could claim a seat under GM in mains which KPSC allows as of now while in UPSC in any stage of the exam if a reserved candidate doesn’t qualify GM cutoff then the reservation would apply automatically & GM seat would be out of reach.
In case of Tina Dhabi(SC) UPSC 2015 topper had actually qualified prelims in SC category with 96 marks while Gm cutoff was 107, in the final list with AIR-1 she could claim only SC reserved seat and not GM. If she had written the same exam in KPSC with the same exact cutoff her seat would have been under GM.
The present discrepancy is valid in the light of merit should take precedence at all stages of the exam & in the current context GM candidates are at absolute disadvantage under KPSC scheme.
So this is the right stage for clarification I think…no issues at prelims stage right??

ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕಪಡೆದವರನ್ನು 1:5 ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಸಂದರ್ಶನ) ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು ಅರ್ಹರ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಆಯೋಗದ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದು ಪದ್ಧತಿ. ಆದರೆ, ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಆರ್.ಆರ್. ಜನ್ನು ಅವರು, ಅರ್ಹರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ಕೋರಿ ಇದೇ 20ರಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿರುವುದು ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
‘ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್, 1998, 1999, 2004ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪಡೆದ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗದವರ (ಕೆಟಗರಿ) ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಆ ನಿಯಮ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕೇ’ ಎಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ಕೇಳಿರುವುದು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಸಂಘರ್ಷವನ್ನೂ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದೆ.
ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಾಗುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದರೂ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ವಿಳಂಬ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಅ. 16ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಆಯೋಗದ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಗದ ಮುಂದಿಡಲು ಇದೇ 22ರಂದು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಮಂಡಿಸುವ ಬದಲು, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸಿದೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿರುವುದು ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯೋಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೆಂಡಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ‘ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ’ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಆಯೋಗದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಟಿ. ಶ್ಯಾಂ ಭಟ್, ‘ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆಯುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಅಭ್ಯಂತರ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವುದೂ
ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದ ಬಳಿಕ ನನ್ನ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ
ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
‘ಸೆ. 18ರಂದೇ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಏಳು ಬಾರಿ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ದಿನ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ, ಸುಮ್ಮನಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ದರ್ಶಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಆಯೋಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಬ್ಬರ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 7ರಂದು ಶ್ಯಾಂ ಭಟ್ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸದಸ್ಯರೂ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲೇ ನೇಮಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಆಯೋಗ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳ ಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗೊಂದಲದ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ ಅವರು ಕರೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

What does this signify
Read karnataka high court and supreme court order and corelate with Tina dabi case.
In 1998,1999, 2004 lists many reserved candidates were given seats which were reserved for GM category. So court had opposed this and told to allot seat for the student which were reserved for respective category and not in GM category.
But this judgement has not yet been implemented anywhere in Karnataka and no reshuffle is done 1998,1999, 2004 batch after this judgement.
So this is bone of contention i.e., if a sc/st/obc candidate tops the mains list, weather he should be called for interview under GM category or respective category. So this is where problem of preparing separate list has arised.
I think this policy has not been followed while preparing Prelims to mains list for current GPE. But why KPSC is bothered about this all of a sudden i dont know. Secretary should have taken Govt advise before Prelims result.
Hence in news paper it is written that”ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದ್ದು, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
