Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) will conduct the written exam for Assistants posts in the month of July. The Preliminary Exam is scheduled to be held on 30 & 31 July 2019. The call letters will be released on the official website about 10 days prior to the exam date. Therefore, get the EPFO Assistant Call Letter from the official website by using the applicant’s registration details on or after 20/07/2019.

Recently, the authority has released a notification for the posts of Assistants. Applications were invited for filling up various 280 posts. The eligible candidates were able to submit online applications from 30th May 2019 to 25th June 2019. The selection will be done on basis of the written exam in two phases. Phase-1 (Preliminary Exam) will be held on 30/07/2019 & 31/07/2019 at various exam centres. The exam dates for the Phase-2 exam will be announced later.

Candidates will have to visit the EPFO’s website for get call letters for online test. Intimation for get call letter will also be sent through email/SMS. Once the candidate .s the relevant detail, he/she can
access the window for call letter get .
The candidate is required to use (i) Registration Number/Roll Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth for get the call letter.
Phase – 1 (Preliminary Exam)
Phase – I is qualifying in nature and marks will not be reckoned for final merit. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question. The candidates will be shortlisted for PhaseII in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase – I.
Admit Card is a very important document for the aspirants. An admit card contains details about the candidate like name, registration number, photograph, examination centre details, exam timings etc printed on it. The board will release the EPFO Assistant Admit Card in the online mode only. Aspirants will be able to get the call letter from the official website through the direct detail given on this page.
The candidates are advised to check the EPFO Assistant Call Letter details properly. If there is any mistake on it, the candidates must contact the examination authority before the examination date.
In addition, the candidates must bring a valid photo identity proof of himself/herself with him/her at the time of exam. The candidates without a valid photo identity proof and EPFO Assistant Hall Ticket shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
A valid photo identity proof may be PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving Licence/ Voter’s ID Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph etc.
Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not valid ID proof.
