DRDO CEPTAM is conducted by CEPTAM (Centre for Personnel Talent Management) of DRDO (Defence Research & Development Organisation) every year. The examination is conducted to recruit potential candidates for Administrative, Technical, and allied category non-gazetted faculty.
- The exam has two stages (Tier I & Tier II) for the selection of candidates.

DRDO CEPTAM 2021 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for DRDO CEPTAM posts, candidates have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria in terms of age, medical, and education.
DRDO CEPTAM Age Limit:
- The age of an applicant must be 18 to 25 Years.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for applicants belonging to the following categories:
- SC, ST, PWD, OBC, ESM, WIDOWS, Divorced Women, Women judicially separated from their husbands (and not remarried)
- Civilian Employees of Central Government
- Disabled Defence Services Personnel
- Domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir state from 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989 as per extant Government of India Rules.

DRDO CEPTAM Medical Standards:
- The aspirants should possess good mental and physical health without any physical deformity, which may result in an inefficient discharge of duties.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to undertake a medical examination as prescribed by the authority before the appointment letter is issued.
- Aspirants who are found unfit will not get an appointment letter.
- For PWD applicants, medical fitness standards will be as per extant Government of India rules.
