Educational Requirements:
Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts/General/ Stores & Purchase): 10+2 or it’s equal; XII or it’s similar; and competency in computer use and typing speed in accordance with the standards established by DoPT from time to time.
Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English) 10-plus-two or similar, as well as competency in stenography in accordance with the standards set out by DoPT from time to time.

- Junior Stenographer (English/ Hindi): The applicants must be of 27 years
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts/General/ Stores & Purchase): The applicants must be of 28 years
Salary:
- Junior Stenographer (English/ Hindi): The aspirant will get Rs. 25,500-81,100 i.e. Level-4
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts/ General/ Stores & Purchase): The aspirant will get Rs. 19,900-63,200 i.e. Level- 2
