The Samgra Shiksha Chandigarh will hold the written exam for the Junior Basic Teacher Recruitment. The Chandigarh JBT Teacher Admit Card for the same purpose will be available at recruit.nitttrchd.ac.in.
Chandigarh JBT Teacher Exam Date: 27 January 2019
The recruitment for the 418 Posts of Junior Basic Teacher was released in October 2018. The candidates having CTET with a diploma in Elementry Education applied in large numbers. The last date to submit an online application was 1 November 2018. The Samgra Shiksha Department of Chandigarh under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan will conduct the Written examination for the selection of the candidates as JBT Teachers.
Update: The High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh has ordered the department to allow candidates appearing in CTET December. The last date to apply online is extended to 22 November 2018.
The exam will take place on 27 January 2019. Therefore, Chandigarh JBT Admit Card will be released on 23 January 2019. The applicants are advised to get the JBT Chandigarh Admit Card at earliest to avoid the server issues.

Selection Mode: Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in Objective Type Test. One objective type tests of 150 Marks will be conducted. Qualifying marks for the test will be 40% for all candidates. No interview will be conducted.

Meanwhile, To appear in the examination, the candidates will require to get the Chandigarh JBT Admit Card online from the official Website. The intimation to get admit card will be released on the official website of the Samgra Shiksha.
