The Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 (Bihar STET 2019 or BSTET 2019) has been conducted by the BSEB from 9 to 21 September 2020. Earlier the exam was scheduled in November 2019 but due administrative issues the exam got rescheduled. Now the examination has been completed successfully.

The Candidates appearing in the Bihar TET required to score a minimum of 60% marks in General Category while, 55% for OBC and 50 % for SC, ST candidates respectively.

But, before releasing the Result of the Bihar STET (BSTET 2019) the board has to follow the procedure. In the very first step, the board has to release the preliminary answer key of the examination for the TET 1, and TET 2.
According to the procedure, each exam board has to release the answer keys before releasing the results. As the Bihar STET was conducted in 2 parts, the result will also be declared separately but on the same day. The TET 1 was conducted for the eligibility of Class 9 and 10 while TET 2 for class 11 and 12.
Once the Answer Key is released, the candidates will be asked to submit the objections over the answers for the revisions. The board will revise the valid objections and prepare the Final answer key. The candidates can not object the answer key further. The result of the Bihar STET 2019 will be completely based on the final answer keys.
Therefore, the candidates themselves are contributing in the Result preparations and helping the board to prepare the transparent result.

The Bihar STET was divided into 2 parts on the basis of the educational qualifications and the criteria for teaching various classes.
