In October-November 2018, The board has advertised recruitment for 2200 vacancies of Constables (PC) in the state police department. The board will conduct a preliminary exam for these posts on 6 and 08/01/2019 in the first phase. After that, the processes like Physical Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Final Written Exam will be organized.

A massive number of applicants have submitted their application for Police Constable posts. All the eligible candidates will appear in the Preliminary Exam. After that, the qualified candidates will be called for further processes of the recruitment process.
The AP Police Constable Answer Key for various paper sets will be released on the website within one week of the exam. Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly for updates on the AP PC Exam.
In the first phase, the board will release a provisional answer key. Candidates will be asked to check the provisional key properly as there may be some incorrect answers in it. Aspirants will be given a time of one week to submit their objections against the incorrect answers to the examination board.
The objection form and other useful information be made available on the board’s website. The postulates must send a valid documentary proof of correct answers along with the objection form. The objections without a valid proof shall not be considered by the board.
The candidates who secure a minimum of required marks will be called up for physical test. The candidates are advised to check the detailed notification for physical measurement and other information.
